Category Archives: Daily PhotoOn our last trip out to Yosemite, we had a bit of the irish luck on St Patrick’s day with a snow storm which left Yosemite blanketed in fresh fluffy snow and heavy mystic fog. It was a mind numbing experience to stand in the same spot I stood the day before and realize there… I went out last night to capture the 2nd largest full moon rise of the year. In my rush to get out, I mistakenly flip flopped the times for moon rise and sunset from the Photographer’s Ephemeris iPhone app. Thankfully, I brought along my wide angle lens ‘just in case’ so I swapped lenses and… Yosemite Valley the day before a late winter snow storm blasted us on our recent visit.
