Valley View is one of my favorite locations to visit at Yosemite National Park. Every time I return to the famous location, I’m treated with a totally different scene from snow covered trees after a late winter storm, to early spring mega-storm clouds to a perfect crisp blue summer sky. Lately, I’ve been on an astro-photography kick so I decided to photograph the Valley View. It was a little unnerving standing so close to the rumbling Merced river in the pitch black of night. My fears quickly disappeared after my eyes adjusted and I noticed the beams of light from the mountain climbers high on top of three brothers mountains.
