Soon, My Friend

I went out last night to capture the 2nd largest full moon rise of the year. In my rush to get out, I mistakenly flip flopped the times for moon rise and sunset from the Photographer’s Ephemeris iPhone app. Thankfully, I brought along my wide angle lens ‘just in case’ so I swapped lenses and searched around for an interesting sunset composition. When I turned around, I was presented with a beautiful golden sunset. The warming light rays were whispering – warmer days of summer will soon be here my friend… `,-)
